As part of Carers Week 2010 (14-20 June 2010), Counsel and Care has today (Wednesday 16th June, 2010) launched a completely updated set of 62 Guides and Factsheets that can support older people, their families and carers to understand their rights and entitlements and navigate their way through a confusing and ever-changing care system.
