CQC have announced a new structure - there are now only 4 regions. Lincolnshire comes within the Central Region and Vicki Wells is the Regional Compliance Manager. The western part of Lincolnshire is linked to part of Nottinghamshire to create a team, and the remainder of Lincolnshire as another separate team. The team managers have not been confirmed yet. Inspectors have been moved - some out of the region - as caseloads are now linked to postcodes (where the inspector lives). CQC should shortly be announcing the full structure and then we should be able to identify which inspectors are in which team.

Filtered version of Essential Stabdards of Quality and Safety.

You can reduce the full standards document to reflect the service that you have. This has proved useful for care staff, enabling them to focus on the issues relating to them. It also reduces the size of the document - approx 40 pages and copied back to back - down to a very useable format.
